Really good Service and Beautiful Setting

attentive staff flexible breakfast complimentary cocktail unique service

The staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay. I particularly appreciated the flexible breakfast timings. It really suited my schedule. The complimentary cocktail during happy hour was a good touch, and the availability of umbrellas was useful during the frequent rain showers. I found the photo shoot service a unique and welcome addition.

I noticed a slight musty smell in the room at times.

The infinity pool offers a fantastic view. The hotel provides complimentary non-alcoholic mini bar drinks and snacks, I appreciated this. There is a bathtub with bubble bath available in the rooms.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean (i really liked the design!). The breakfast included many options and was delicious.

The pool area did not have enough sun loungers for all guests. The gym had limited equipment. The location was a short walk from the main street (this could be a challenge for some).

I stayed in a grand beautiful room and appreciated the spacious layout. the room featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower (it really made getting ready easier). breakfast had many choices, served any time of day. I found this very convenient.

i noticed a slight smell of chlorine near the pool.

The staff were excellent and very polite. the spa treatment was superb. the cleanliness was excellent in all areas. i appreciated the driver who took me on a tour to a waterfall and a temple. He was very knowledgeable.

I found the reception staff always ready to assist. They made arrangements quickly. the infinity pool on the rooftop provided beautiful scenery. i enjoyed meals in both restaurants with great service. the gym had adequate equipment for a solid workout.

i noticed the breakfast location was not ideal with limited space.

The hotel feels secluded while remaining close to various cafes and restaurants. i found many interesting shops along the jalan bisma road. It made exploring easy. the hotel is a short distance from the busy areas. it's a walkable area.
