The staff were excellent and very polite. the spa treatment was superb. the cleanliness was excellent in all areas. i appreciated the driver who took me on a tour to a waterfall and a temple. He was very knowledgeable.

I found the reception staff always ready to assist. They made arrangements quickly. the infinity pool on the rooftop provided beautiful scenery. i enjoyed meals in both restaurants with great service. the gym had adequate equipment for a solid workout.

i noticed the breakfast location was not ideal with limited space.
